上杉エリアの静かな環境が気に入っています。内廊下で雨の日も快適ですし、重量鉄骨造なので上階の音がほとんど気になりません。ペット可なので愛犬と暮らせるのも大きなポイントでした。共用部のアロマの香りも上品で、帰宅するたびにホッとします。
